Matt Horn MAAT — Founder & Director

Matt founded MSH Accounting in 2025 to offer a more personal and practical approach to accountancy.

With over 25 years’ experience and MAAT qualified, Matt has worked in both accountancy practices and senior commercial finance roles, including responsibility for businesses with a combined turnover of more than £50 million.

This experience means he understands the realities of running a business, from cash flow and budgeting to growth and investment decisions, as well as the importance of getting the accounts and tax right.

At MSH, Matt takes the time to get to know his clients and their businesses, offering clear advice, practical support and a relationship where clients feel comfortable picking up the phone and asking a question.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family and anything competitive,  particularly football and golf.
